ABOUT ME

I have been in the Health and Wellness field for over 25 years.
A newfound passion to achieve my own best possible health nearly three decades ago led me to try running. I fell in love with the sport and have been hooked ever since.
This path naturally led to continued education and a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant. That passion has since evolved into inspiring and helping others as an Endurance Coach, as well as chasing some big athletic goals of my own and venturing into the world of endurance competition and ultrarunning.
Along the way, however, I struggled with some health challenges that negatively impacted my training and inspired me to rethink traditional nutritional protocols, immersing myself in learning as much as possible about how to heal from the inside out NATURALLY, so I could be my healthiest and have enough energy to meet the demands of my athletic goals and a busy life, serving others from a place of abundance.

A worthwhile journey
Ultimately, this journey brought me to where I am today, as a Certified Transformational Health and Life Coach, and I couldn’t be happier or more passionate about what I do.
Immersing myself into Holistic Health and Transformational Coaching has even given me the tools to navigate through a more recent battle with breast cancer in a way that has allowed me to continue to evolve physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I know the challenges; I live them. I have learned strategies to achieve my BEST health and energy, making it sustainable in the context of a busy and demanding life as a wife, mom, and business owner. This has led to more energy and greater health than I ever thought possible. I have achieved athletic goals, into my mid-50’s and beyond, that I never would have dreamed possible 20 years ago, even while navigating post-menopausal challenges as a breast cancer survivor. I am more mindful, present, and grateful as well.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and perpetual student, and in that spirit, I continue to seek out and engage in additional training and education. I believe ultimate health is a journey, not a destination, and my own personal growth, experience, and training as a “work in progress” will continue to help me transform the lives of my clients on an even deeper level, creating lasting change for life.
