An intensive cleanse or specific nutrition protocol that can help “reset” your body. This program includes three 1-hour sessions, specifically designed to take you through each phase of your chosen challenge: Preparation, Support, and Reintroduction. You’ll have access to complete guides, including meal plans, recipes, and coaching for lifestyle and activities to maximize and enhance the benefits of your protocol, with multiple nutrition challenges available. You’ll also have unlimited email access to me during the program.
28 DAY JUMPSTART
The Jumpstart is a clear, 28 day personalized action plan to help you shed unwanted weight, improve your energy, gain mental clarity and get a jumpstart on easy, healthy habits without depriving yourself. We’ll have four 1-hour weekly sessions. You’ll have access to nutritional protocols, which include recipes, meal plans and shopping lists, as well as transformational coaching for specific lifestyle habits that will enhance and accelerate your results!
90 DAY TRANSFORMATIONAL
My most popular program. Over a 3-month time frame, we’ll cover elements of the Jumpstart program and dig even deeper to connect your mind with your body. We’ll begin by addressing your very real challenges in today’s busy world and then focus on identifying your own personal motivators and incorporate strategies that work for you to develop infinite health and energy.
You’ll gain mental clarity on limiting beliefs and move further away from that which no longer serves you. You’ll change your thought patterns, food habits, and lifestyle through simple practices with coaching tailored to your individual needs. You’ll build on the basics and make healthy eating a habit, setting yourself up for long-term success and sustainability. We’ll have six 1-hour sessions plus email check-ins, including unlimited access to me by email for the course of the program. You’ll receive personalized nutrition & lifestyle support; optional nutritional protocols, including recipes, meal plans, & shopping lists; as well as transformational coaching for specific lifestyle habits to maximize the benefits of your healthy eating!
