I will build a personalized training plan just for you based on your unique requirements and schedule for whatever race distance you need. Based on an extensive questionnaire, your plan is designed just for you and your unique needs, along with helpful tips and advice to set you up for success.

- Customized training plan that fits YOUR schedule, via exclusive access to Final Surge premier training software.
How it works:
- Select and purchase training plan option via the link below, and you will receive a detailed questionnaire that includes your recent training & racing history, as well as your current race goals.
- From there, I will review the information, ask questions to gather any more information needed, and begin developing your custom plan to best help you reach your goals. This plan is created with your current running fitness level, race goals, and training availability in mind. It takes into account any tune-up races, vacation plans, work schedule, special requests, and LIFE in general!
- Once the plan is created, I will send you an invitation to download the Final Surge software and create your account, where your training plan will be loaded for you to easily access. In addition, you will receive notes and instructions specific to your unique training plan (note: Plans take up to 2 weeks to finalize and deliver).
- Once your plan is loaded, you have a week to ask questions and request clarifications or modifications. Beyond the initial week of receiving your plan, any modifications or adjustments are up to you.
- Now you’re off and running toward your goal!!
